Maj. Phil Packer; Parapalegic Marathoner Looking for Next Mountain to Climb...

Need inspiration for the mountains in your life- read about Major Phil Packer of the Royal Military Police. Packer is a paraplegic who lost use of both of his legs in Iraq.
