New fashion/space retail location in Bellevue

We are an established, small but growing local company and we need a headquarters for our technical staff and interns to work. We are signing a lease for a new downtown Bellevue location that could have a storefront and is walking distance from Bellevue Square and Bravern. We are looking for partner(s) to help operate a high-end fashion/retail storefront that is Space-themed. We will be selling custom t-shirts, fashion accessories, and also products related to Space & science education. We are open to ideas on selling other products or what else to do with the space as well. :)

You can bring in your own merchandise or partner with us to stock the store. All we ask from you is help splitting the rental costs & security deposit. We will need approx $5000 up front from you to move in. Monthly rent will be negotiable but in the range of $1200 - $2000. We are splitting the costs with you and there is no cheaper or nicer space in downtown Bellevue -- we've looked!

We can provide you retail staff and open/close the store; we have street teams that will help promote your business & get walk in traffic into the store. This would be an ideal opportunity for a young couple who are interested in business/fashion/space/eduction/etc or are interested in an entrepreneurial opportunity.
