Blackberry 8900!
iPhone 3GS and Blackberry 8830 before that.
The best change was getting a hosted Microsoft Exchange email solution that allowed me to sync my email, contacts, and calendar over the air. A huge time saver and keeps everything in perfect sync all the time. I now have to sync my notes using iTunes, but that's not as critical as the others.
Facebook and Twitter are where I go most on the phone. A friend turned me onto reQall which has some impressive free functionality. I just need to make more use of it.

Scott, I may need to do go this route as well. What is an inexpensive but good solution for a small business? Thanks!
I was wondering what your favorite mobile application was, not what phone... I'd have to say that "Analytics" is one of the best mobile apps for business on the iPhone if you have a website and are interested in your site traffic. It tracks all your sites through Google Analytics and has in depth reporting within the app, in a great UI!
