I was wondering what your favorite mobile application was, not what phone... I'd have to say that "Analytics" is one of the best mobile apps for business on the iPhone if you have a website and are interested in your site traffic. It tracks all your sites through Google Analytics and has in depth reporting within the app, in a great UI!

iPhone 3GS and Blackberry 8830 before that.

The best change was getting a hosted Microsoft Exchange email solution that allowed me to sync my email, contacts, and calendar over the air. A huge time saver and keeps everything in perfect sync all the time. I now have to sync my notes using iTunes, but that's not as critical as the others.

Facebook and Twitter are where I go most on the phone. A friend turned me onto reQall which has some impressive free functionality. I just need to make more use of it.

Scott, I may need to do go this route as well. What is an inexpensive but good solution for a small business? Thanks!

Agreed. The MS Exchange addition to the iPhone was huge! I can now manage multiple calendars and email accounts seamlessly!

One app that is great for business travels, or if you are just out on the town is Taxi Magic. You can order Taxi's without calling, and because it's GPS enabled, it orders the cab right to you. In addition you can pay for the cab from the comfort of you phone with a credit card!

Enjoy.

I was able to make use of the service through Myhosting.com which also hosts my web site. This was convenient for me and is $15 a month for the first user. Because of that I didn't do much looking around. I'm sure there are tons of other options available. Googling "hosted microsoft exchange" will keep you busy for a while. :)
